John 9:4 We must do the works of Him who sent Me while it is still day."

This verse is preceded by the words of the disciples when they asked Jesus and He said to them.

'Teacher, who sinned that this man was born blind?'

Jesus answered, "Not he himself sinned, nor his parents. Only that the works of God might come upon him.”

Jesus is working so that God's work may be manifested in us.

And we who have accepted that God's work has been done work to express that joy and peace. This is our preparation for the tribulation and the Second Coming that will come.

We are not to change ourselves or others by our own strength, but to let Jesus' power flow through us like a river.

It is a way of communicating what Jesus has done for us and showing who He is.

There will come a time when we will not be able to tell.

Jesus intercedes for us every day and continues to do so.

For those we care about, we want to represent Jesus in His way by interceding with conviction, offering our time to them if they need it, serving them, and meeting their needs.

God leads us to do so.

So let us be willing to receive it!
